1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unused & Unopened Items: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, opened, or worn products due to hygiene reasons.

• Items returned without prior authorization.

• Products purchased on final sale or with deep discounts (unless defective).

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✔ Full Refund:

• If you cancel your order before it is shipped.

• If the item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

✔ Partial Refund (or Exchange):

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund based on the issue.

• If an incorrect item was sent, we will send you the correct product or provide a refund.

⛔ No Refunds for:

• Used or opened items.

• Change of mind after receiving the product.

• Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

4️⃣ Receive Your Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please:
